Review highlights
Based on 313 reviewsWabi Sabi is recognized for its diverse and flavorful Pan-Asian menu, consistently praised for quality ingredients and well-executed dishes such as rice bowls, maki rolls, and fried chicken. Customers commonly appreciate the generous portion sizes, making it suitable for sharing, and commend the balance of flavors, particularly in signature items like seafood platters and spicy rolls. The restaurant’s ambiance is noted as clean, well-decorated, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. However, some guests have pointed out that service speed can be inconsistent, with occasional delays in food delivery. Certain items, like wontons, have been identified as areas for improvement. Overall, Wabi Sabi maintains a reasonable price point relative to its food quality and atmosphere, standing out as a valuable option for Pan-Asian cuisine in Chattogram.
I went there twice to taste different types of dishes. According to me, it's good pan-Asian restaurant. Their food was really good. I especially tried their rice bowls, one is sea food platter, and and another with katsu chicken. The quantity was good enough, and two people can easily share this kind of portion they served. Beef Pad Thai noodles were also good. But they should improve their wonton with chili oil; it was not that good enough, and the taste was not according to the price. Everything was a bit pricey here. But it's okay if they serve tasty food. The interior was good. I saw some books at a corner. Bookworms can easily spend their time alone by reading books. Had a good experience overall.
Wabi Sabi in Chittagong really knows how to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. The maki rolls were the star of the show—especially the volcano rolls, which were packed with flavor and had just the right kick of spice. Their hong kong style fried chicken was absolutely phenomenal—tender, juicy, and coated in a sauce that struck a perfect balance between sweet and smoky. I also tried their fried chicken drumsticks, which were crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned, with juicy meat that made it hard to stop at just one. To wash it all down, the banana smoothie was a great choice—smooth, creamy, and refreshing without being overly sweet. If you’re in Chittagong, this is a place you don’t want to miss.
Wabi Sabi Restaurant is located in Rahim Plaza De CPDL Level-3, Kulshi, Zakir Hossain Road, Chattogram. Firstly their food is just great with a variety of items with just awesome taste and flavour. The quality of their food is also great and their price range is reasonable according to their food taste, quality, atmosphere, and service. The Restaurant is well decorated and about their cleanliness, I would rate 8 out of 10. It is a nice place for dining with family, kids, friends, and alone as well. Most of their items are prepared after you order which makes the food taste fresh and you can also customise your chosen dishes. And while waiting for the dishes to be prepared it is a good time to try the appetizers and check the desserts and drinks and enjoy the atmosphere of the Restaurant and the views it offers. For your I have provided the menu in photos, please check.
Forgot details, went a long time ago. Good food, Chittagong needs more places this. Good ambience too.
This is a pan asian restaurant. I heard that they have authentic sushi. But I tried their platter which had chicken dumplings, chowmein, tangy fried rice. All the foods were tasty but they took a huge time to serve.
Good place for family dining. Food was amazing. But staffs should be more professional and proactive. The cutlery needs to be more clean specially those sauce holders. Otherwise the food made us happy and that matters most to us!
The food is tasty and fresh, but definitely pricey. This is a Pan Asian restaurant. Among all the foods we had all of them were good. Specially orange chicken, chilli oil wonton, tom yum fired rice, seafood fired rice and the dumplings were good. The sushis were fresh and tasty. There soup options are not that great in my opinion. So try to avoid soups. Atmosphere is not huge, but decent. Overall good place for dine in.
Straight up the best place to have dinner in Chittagong. Specially their seafood platter is really tasty it comes with dory and prawn tempura. I liked their dimsums as well. They have Wonton on chili oil which is too good. Also the mango sticky rice seemed fine. The salmon sushis also tasted good. Except the hong style fried chicken i liked most of their items.
